Tamsin Morgan
Comprehensively trained · rehab · pre & post natal · midlife · senior mobility
Tamsin is comprehensively trained through Polestar Pilates, including Cadillac, Reformer, Mat, Barrels, Chair and props. She comes from a dance background in ballet, jazz and contemporary, and studied movement full-time at The Wellington Performing Arts Centre, discovering Alexander Technique, Tai Chi and Yoga as well as dance. She was a Sky City Cheer Team member in her early 20s. A former magazine editor and writer, she turned to Pilates full time as she navigated the various health challenges that midlife brings. Her particular interest in midlife includes restoring the nervous system during burnout. She enjoys helping clients recover from surgery and bringing them back to full movement no matter their age, and is keenly interested in pre and post natal populations, having undertaken further studies through Core Exercise Solutions. Tamsin is a council member with Pilates Aotearoa.

She started her training with Stability Plus in 2019, then expanded her knowledge with Balanced Body — experience across these programs that lets her deliver classes that are both dynamic and well-rounded. Paula is passionate about helping people move with confidence and build lasting strength, and loves creating a welcoming, empowering environment where clients feel supported in achieving their personal health and fitness goals.
