Reformer studioOne machine, endless range.
Tone, strengthen and challenge your body in our small-group Reformer classes. The reformer provides support while also challenging your stability and co-ordination — you'll feel muscles you never knew existed. In each class we aim to move your spine in as many directions as possible, creating a supple, supportive trunk with core strength and alignment.
Classes are designed to be a full-body workout. Start with a beginner class so you understand the fundamentals, then progress your way to our more challenging classes.
